Principals Naeun Rim, Ariel Neuman and Gary Lincenberg will be featured speakers at the 34th Annual National Institute on White Collar Crime hosted by the American Bar Association. On Wednesday, March 11, Rim will moderate the “Significant Legal Developments in the Western Region” discussion at 9 a.m., and Neuman will moderate the “Money Laundering Asset Forfeiture—Seizing Everything “involved in” Crimes” discussion at 10:30 a.m. Lincenberg will participate as a panelist in the “Securities Enforcement in 2020: From Banks to Big Tech?” discussion on Thursday, March 12 at 4:15 p.m.
The 34th Annual National Institute on White Collar Crime will take place on March 11-13 in San Diego, California at the Marriott Marquis Marina. Since its establishment in 1987, the Institute has been attended by leading federal and state judges and prosecutors, law enforcement officials, defense attorneys, corporate in-house counsel, and members of the academic community. Featured faculty are globally regarded as some of the top members of the white collar bar who approach some of the most substantive issues within the white collar field.
