Bird Marella attorney Michael Freedman will speak on a panel at the American Bar Association’s 30th Annual National Institute on White Collar Crime in San Diego on March 2, 2016.
Entitled “The Decision to Go to Trial,” the panel will feature prosecutors and defense attorneys sharing their perspectives and lessons learned regarding the decision whether to take a white collar case to trial in both individual and corporate defendant cases. Freedman currently serves as National Co-Chair of the Younger Lawyers Subcommittee of the ABA’s White Collar Crime Committee and will also publish an article in the National Institute’s course materials.
