Gary S. Lincenberg and Jeremy D. Matz Win Across-The-Board Dismissal of Criminal Charges

After less than half a day of jury trial, Bird Marella Principals Gary S. Lincenberg and Jeremy D. Matz secured a total dismissal of criminal charges against their client, who had been unjustifiably charged with violating a California mandatory reporting requirement. The prosecution called only one witness before abandoning the case in light of evidence discovered by Mr. Lincenberg and Mr. Matz that completely exonerated their client.
