Bird Marella principal Gary Lincenberg has been named a 2023 Litigation Trailblazer by The National Law Journal.
Mr. Lincenberg is recognized for his elite trial skills and recent high-profile victories, including his mid-trial dismissal of a DOJ indictment of an advertising executive and another complete dismissal of charges filed by the Los Angeles District Attorney against the owner of an election software company. The National Law Journal also commended Mr. Lincenberg on his work with the U.S. House of Representatives during the 2020 impeachment trial of former President Trump.
