Attorneys Gary Lincenberg and Ariel Neuman authored the article, “United States: White-Collar Criminal Defence,” published in Global Investigations Review’s The Investigations Review of the Americas 2016.
The article provides an overview of the factors that will lead to more time in the courtroom for white collar attorneys in the coming years. In reaching that conclusion, the article reviews recent trends and developments in the white collar arena, covering both substantive areas of the law and personnel and policy changes that will impact the practice.
Among the areas highlighted, Mr. Lincenberg and Mr. Neuman state that prosecutions of economic espionage and health care fraud will continue to grow, while FCPA and banking will remain strong practice areas for more sophisticated and international practitioners.
