Bird Marella Successfully Defends Major Pipeline Operator Against Environmental Crime Allegations

Bird Marella attorneys Gary Lincenberg and David Chao successfully obtained a dismissal of all charges against Crimson Pipeline, L.P. and three executives alleged to have committed oil discharge and reporting crimes.  The dismissal included a judicial finding of “factual innocence.”
