Bird Marella is pleased to announce that Jonathan M. Jackson and Naomi S. Solomon have been elevated to counsel, effective January 1, 2025.
Counsel Jonathan Jackson focuses his practice on complex business and intellectual property litigation, successfully representing his clients in high stakes matters in state and federal court. Before joining Bird Marella in 2019, Mr. Jackson served as an associate at Latham & Watkins LLP. He received his J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude and was the managing editor of the UCLA Law Review.
Counsel Naomi Solomon has extensive experience in complex business litigation and white collar defense matters, earning recognition by Best Lawyers®: Ones to Watch for her success. In recent years, Ms. Solomon achieved significant wins defending clients in healthcare fraud prosecutions and high-stakes litigation, and attained favorable resolutions for clients in the entertainment, sports, aviation, and environmental industries. Prior to joining Bird Marella, Ms. Solomon clerked for the Honorable Dale S. Fischer in the Central District of California.
