Mr. Gluck will speak on “Addiction Treatment: The Changing Enforcement Landscape,” discussing recent developments in criminal enforcement related to drug rehab and sober living facilities.
On October 19, Mr. Gluck will lead the “New Frontiers in Enforcement” discussion at the Forum on Civil & Criminal Healthcare Fraud Enforcement in Nashville, Tennessee. He will discuss how recent trends provide insight into future developments in healthcare fraud and enforcement.
