Principal Timothy B. Yoo has been recognized on the Daily Journal’s list of Top Intellectual Property Lawyers for the second year in a row.
Mr. Yoo’s Daily Journal profile discusses his successful representation of Korean-based entertainment and media companies and groups, including global K-pop sensation BTS and their record label, HYBE Corporation. The piece also highlights Mr. Yoo’s defense victory on behalf of some of Korea’s largest media companies – Kakao Entertainment, Genie Music, NHN Bugs, TJ Media, Keum Young, MBC, and TV Chosun – in a copyright-infringement lawsuit concerning the works of composer Jae-Ho Lee.
