Principal Nicole Rodriguez Van Dyk has been selected for inclusion among Los Angeles Business Journal‘s “Women of Influence: Attorneys” list, which recognizes women lawyers “for exceptional legal skill and achievement across the full spectrum of responsibility, exemplary leadership as evidenced by the highest professional and ethical standards, and for contributions to the Los Angeles community at large.”
Her profile discusses her most recent achievements in high-stakes cases, such as victories for the Los Angeles Angels baseball team in a dispute with the Department of Justice regarding a subpoena that sought the production of privileged materials, and her success in securing the return of millions of dollars in assets following the government’s unconstitutional seizure in the U.S. Private Vaults cases.
Previously, the Los Angeles Business Journal also recognized Ms. Van Dyk among their “Leaders of Influence: Minority Attorneys” list.
