For the third consecutive year, principal Gary Lincenberg has been recognized among the Top 100 Lawyers in California by the Daily Journal. Each year, the publication profiles a selective list of the top attorneys in the state who have made extraordinary contributions to the law and society.
The publication highlights Lincenberg’s busy schedule navigating headline-grabbing trials and precedent-setting decisions. Notable 2021 trial victories include a multimillion-dollar verdict in a Bel Air real estate dispute against notorious developer Mohamed Hadid. Three weeks later, Lincenberg achieved a mid-trial victory in a federal criminal trial in Arizona involving the Backpage.com founders when the Judge granted a motion for a mistrial. The Arizona case is of considerable importance to the tech and publishing industries for its impact on what is considered “permissible activities” on internet platforms. Other recent victories include winning an anti-SLAPP motion and obtaining dismissal of a defamation lawsuit on behalf of a prominent Congresswoman, and winning a multimillion-dollar verdict in a federal bench trial pitting two government contractors.
This accolade adds to the impressive list of Lincenberg’s honors over the past year and showcases his prowess as one of the most sought-after attorneys in the country.
