Bird Marella principal Ekwan Rhow has been named a 2022 Litigation Trailblazer by the National Law Journal.
As one of only 28 litigators in the country selected for inclusion, the publication recognized Mr. Rhow for his work as co-lead counsel in the high-profile data privacy class action brought against TikTok. The publication highlights Mr. Rhow’s path to victory, which resulted in a $92 million settlement, one of the largest recoveries in a data privacy class action.
