Bird Marella was recently featured in the Daily Journal’s Verdicts and Settlements in California for its victory in KST Data, Inc. v. Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation. Representing plaintiff KST, Bird Marella prevailed in a federal bench trial, winning a multimillion-dollar judgment for the tech company in a breach of contract and implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing suit.
