Principal Benjamin Gluck has been named to the Daily Journal’s Top White Collar Lawyers list for the second consecutive year.
Honoring California’s “top performing attorneys specializing in white-collar defense,” the Daily Journal discussed Mr. Gluck’s high-profile representation of dozens of clients involved in the U.S. Private Vaults case. The civil forfeiture case has been the topic of extensive national press coverage since 2021, when the government seized civilian property from hundreds of safe deposit boxes of a private vault service in Beverly Hills. The Journal commended Mr. Gluck, stating, “[h]is successful advocacy in this case not only resulted in the return of over $25 million in seized assets but also set important legal precedents regarding property owners’ rights and government accountability.”
The feature also highlights Mr. Gluck’s success in defending criminal health care fraud allegations. Most recently, Mr. Gluck won a complete dismissal of all charges against a group of medical practitioners after he and his team discovered that the prosecution mishandled the evidence and invaded attorney-client privilege.
