The Daily Journal has selected principal Benjamin Gluck as one of California’s Top Health Care Lawyers. He is among only 35 attorneys recognized for their expertise and impactful work in healthcare litigation, transactions, and counseling.
The special feature highlights Gluck’s work in a high-profile worker’s compensation insurance fraud matter in which over a dozen doctors and professionals were charged. As counsel to the lead defendant, Gluck obtained dismissal of 89 out of 90 counts of insurance fraud and involuntary manslaughter on behalf of his client, successfully arguing to the California Court of Appeal that the prosecution violated his client’s constitutional and statutory rights by illegally adding counts for which the grand jury never found probable cause.
