Cameron represents clients in a wide variety of complex litigation matters and is well-versed in class action lawsuits.
Cameron R. Partovi is a civil litigation attorney who represents clients in an array of litigation matters, including profit participation disputes, false advertising actions, and law firm defense. In addition, he has extensive experience litigating class actions in matters involving data privacy, false advertising, and breach of contract.
Cameron also utilizes his legal expertise to help those in underserved and underrepresented communities through his thriving pro bono practice.
Prior to joining Bird Marella, he was a litigation associate at an AmLaw 200 firm and a boutique firm specializing in class actions. Cameron clerked for The Honorable Lawrence E. Kahn of the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York.
Cameron graduated from Harvard Law School cum laude, where he received the Dean’s Scholar Prize for Environmental Law. He received his BS in Political Science from the University of Utah.
