Bird Marella is proud to announce the elevation of Ashley D. Bowman to Counsel, effective July 1, 2022. Ms. Bowman, who joined the firm as an associate in 2015, practices white collar criminal defense and civil litigation.
Upon joining Bird Marella, she quickly won early, pre-trial dismissals and completed an appellate sweep in commercial litigation matters. Most recently, Ms. Bowman served as co-counsel to SAG-AFTRA, prevailed in a federal bench trial for KST Data, Inc., and won favorable results for several clients adverse to the United States in connection with the highly publicized U.S. Private Vaults seizure in 2021.
Ms. Bowman stated, “I’m thrilled to be elevated to Counsel and excited to continue to develop my practice and further my career as an attorney at Bird Marella.”

In addition to her practice, Ms. Bowman has served as a member of the Century City Bar Association Board of Governors and the Pathfinder Program for the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity.
