In the inaugural listing of “Legal Visionaries” by the L.A. Times Business of Law Magazine, Bird Marella principals Paul Chan and Benjamin Gluck have been included among a shortlist of successful litigators. The magazine acknowledges in-house counsel honorees, business leaders, and law firm attorneys “who have demonstrated noteworthy success and accomplishments during the last 24 months.” Profiled as successful litigators in California, Chan and Gluck are featured for the impact they’ve had within their respective practice areas.
The publication highlighted Paul Chan’s 25 years of expertise in litigating cases involving the False Claims Act, civil RICO statute, unfair competition, and theft of trade secrets. Benjamin Gluck is celebrated for being one of the top white collar criminal defense attorneys in the nation, with a notable portion of his practice focused on representing health care providers in both state and federal criminal matters.
