Bird Marella was recently recognized by Benchmark Litigation at its annual US Litigation Awards ceremony held on March 5, 2020 in San Francisco. The firm was awarded Impact Case of the Year for its successful defense of Plains All American Pipeline in one of the largest environmental crime trials in California history. In addition, principal Gary Lincenberg was named California White-Collar Crime Litigation Attorney of the Year and principal Ekwan Rhow was named California Entertainment Litigation Attorney of the Year.
