Representing fashion retailer Forever 21, Bird Marella obtained another dismissal ending a putative class action lawsuit that alleged Forever 21 stores failed to credit customers with tax paid on items returned for exchanges or store credit.
With this dismissal, Bird Marella has had a string of victories defending major companies against nationwide and California consumer class actions.
Bird Marella attorneys Ekwan Rhow and Karis Chi led the defense of Forever 21.
