Principal Benjamin Gluck was featured in the article, “Health Care Providers Concerned About New Liability Under Affordable Care Act” published by the Daily Journal discussing how the dramatic increase in regulations stemming from the Affordable Care Act means more opportunities for fraud.
Mr. Gluck, who has many clients in the health care sector, explains, “The ACA does mean there’s an increase in regulations, and more regulations equal more opportunities for companies to ignore or skirt them in order make more money.”
The regulatory shift means health care providers will turn to attorneys more frequently in order to avoid fines and disgorgements.
