In the criminal defense realm, Barr has represented clients in a wide variety of matters and investigations involving trade secrets theft, False Claims Act (FCA) violations, embezzlement, and securities fraud. Barr is fluent in Hebrew and received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center where he was a member of the Appellate Litigation Clinic.
