Bird Marella partner Michael Landman will be a featured panelist at the American Bar Association’s 40th Annual White Collar Crime Institute.
Mr. Landman will be on the Thursday panel, “Lessons Learned from Recent High-Profile Trials,” to discuss Bird Marella’s historic win and successful defense on behalf of the late Stephen Chamberlain in USA v. Lynch and Chamberlain. The panel, moderated by David Oscar Markus of Markus Moss PLLC, will feature Mr. Landman alongside The Honorable Cecilia M. Altonaga, Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida; Todd Blanche, nominee for U.S. Deputy Attorney General; and Nina Marino of Kaplan Marino PC.
The White Collar Crime Institute will take place in Miami from March 4th to March 7th.
