Sarah Guinee is an attorney specializing in complex business disputes with a particular focus in entertainment litigation.
Before joining Bird Marella, Ms. Guinee was an associate at Paul Hastings LLP in Los Angeles. During her tenure, she briefed many issues at the trial court and appellate levels, covering a wide range of legal matters including breach of contract, employment disputes, defamation, and copyright issues.
