Mr. Cronin is an experienced complex commercial litigator who has represented clients in various industries, including financial services, technology, environmental, and media.
Prior to joining Bird Marella, Mr. Cronin was an associate with Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe where, in addition to his legal practice, he was named an Orrick Fellow where he had the opportunity to work with the Natural Resource Defense Council. In this role, he liaised with grassroots organizations to address environmental issues and negotiated with government officials to rectify environmental matters.
Mr. Cronin earned his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law where he was the Managing Editor of the Berkeley Journal of African-American Law & Policy.
